IMMERSIONS
(2021 - 2022)

IMMERSIONS was a collaborative residency and eco-philosophy project between Henry, and dance-artists Michael Schumacher (USA/NL) and Kirstie Simson (UK). The project situated improvisational practices in sound and movement within coastal environments, exploring transience, and the capacities of improvised practice to think-through concerns of sea-level rise.

A family of works exploring personal relationships with trees and woodland environments. Including: Book of Trees (2015), Oracle (2018), Maud (2017/2023), Book of Trees Vol. II (2024)
